When you send the appointment form, the site emails your name, phone number, and message to the office through an email delivery service (Resend). The website itself does not keep a copy. The office receives it like any other email.

The site does not run advertising trackers and it does not ask you to create an account. Your browser may store ordinary technical logs with the company that hosts the site, such as the page you requested and the time.

If you call the office or send the form about your taxes or your books, the office keeps what you send so they can do the work you hired them for and so they can meet record-keeping rules that apply to tax preparers. Ask the office how long they keep a file.

Do not send Social Security numbers, ITIN numbers, or photos of identity documents through the website form. Bring those to the appointment, or ask the office for the way they want to receive them.

The site is not directed at children. A parent who needs a child listed on a return brings that paperwork to the appointment.
